Qualifications & Experience:

Relevant experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or brokerage
Knowledge of local real estate market trends, property laws, and regulations
Requirements:

Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
Prepare and manage property listings, contracts, and agreements
Assist clients throughout the transaction process, ensuring compliance and satisfaction
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
