Job Position – Receptionist/ Secretary

Company Name – International Academic School
Candidates must be bilingual in Arabic and English

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist visitors, parents, and students in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage the front desk, telephone calls, emails, and general enquiries
• Support school administration with documentation, filing, record-keeping, and correspondence
• Maintain accurate student and staff records in line with school policies
• Assist with attendance records, student movement logs, and daily communications
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings as required
• Support safeguarding and security procedures by monitoring visitor access
• Provide general administrative support to school leadership and office staff
