Job Title:
Excavator Operator
Qualifications & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Valid heavy equipment/operator license or certification
2–5 years of experience operating excavators in construction, civil, or infrastructure projects
Experience in safety-compliant operations and maintenance of heavy machinery
Responsibilities:
Operate excavators to dig, move, and load soil, rocks, debris, or other materials
Follow site plans and instructions from supervisors to complete excavation work accurately
Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance of the excavator
Ensure safe operation at all times, adhering to HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards
Collaborate with other equipment operators and site teams for efficient workflow
Report any mechanical issues or hazards to the maintenance or site supervisor
Maintain daily operational logs and records
Requirements:
Proven experience as an excavator operator
Knowledge of excavation techniques and construction site safety practices
Ability to operate heavy machinery efficiently and safely
Physical fitness and the ability to work in outdoor conditions
Attention to detail and punctuality
Valid UAE license
Immediate availability
