Responsibilities:
Supervise, mentor, and support coaches to ensure high-quality training delivery
Plan, coordinate, and oversee coaching programs and schedules
Monitor performance of coaches and participants; provide feedback and guidance
Ensure coaching activities comply with safety, quality, and organizational standards
Coordinate with management on program objectives and performance targets
Handle scheduling, attendance, and reporting requirements
Support coach development through training, evaluation, and best-practice sharing
Manage day-to-day operations of coaching activities and facilities
