Job Title:
Planning Performance Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
8–12 years of experience in planning, performance management, or project controls
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage planning and performance management frameworks for healthcare operations
Monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and service-level indicators across clinical and non-clinical functions
Analyze operational and financial data to identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities
Coordinate with clinical leaders, department heads, and executive management to align performance with strategic goals
Lead planning cycles, forecasting, and performance review meetings
Support capacity planning, resource utilization, and service optimization initiatives
Ensure compliance with healthcare quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient care, efficiency, and outcomes
