Job Title:
Quantity Surveyor – Roads & Infrastructure
Location:
UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or other Emirates)
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
Minimum 3–7 years of experience in roads, highways, and infrastructure projects
Proven UAE project experience is mandatory
Knowledge of UAE construction regulations, contract standards, and industry best practices
Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for roads and infrastructure projects
Conduct accurate cost estimation, material take-offs, and quantity calculations
Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and cost reporting
Ensure compliance with project specifications, UAE standards, and contractual requirements
Requirements:
Strong understanding of roads and infrastructure construction methods and materials
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
