Qualifications & Experience:
High School or equivalent; diploma in hospitality or related field is a plus
1–3 years of experience in food & beverage service, preferably in hotels, restaurants, or catering
Experience in luxury or premium F&B outlets is an advantage

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Knowledge of food and beverage menu, service standards, and etiquette
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Assist in setting up and clearing dining tables, buffets, or events
Handle guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally
Support team members and management as required
