Job Title:
Visa Consultant – Operations
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in visa operations, immigration services, or related administrative roles
Experience in UAE visa processing or GCC countries preferred
Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end visa processing for clients, including documentation, application submission, and follow-ups
Coordinate with government authorities and service providers to ensure smooth visa approvals
Maintain accurate records of visa applications and client information
Support operational processes and internal teams to meet service timelines
Resolve client queries regarding visa status and documentation requirements
Ensure compliance with UAE immigration laws and regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant operational experience
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Good knowledge of UAE/GCC visa procedures and regulations
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
