Property Consultant – Real Estate Sales & Leasing
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Engage with clients to understand their property needs and investment goals
• Present suitable residential and commercial property options from updated listings
• Conduct market research on pricing trends, competitor activity, and demand
• Schedule and manage property viewings with prospective clients
• Support negotiations and assist in closing sales and rental deals
• Coordinate legal and financial documentation related to transactions
• Provide post-sale support and build long-term client relationships
Requirements & Qualifications :
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, banking, or any client-facing sales role (UAE or home country)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
