Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
•High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
•Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service or support roles.
•Experience in the ride-hailing or transportation industry is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
•Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Proficient in using CRM tools and support software.
•Multilingual abilities (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Tagalog) are highly advantageous.
Behavioral Traits:
•Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Empathetic and patient when dealing with driver concerns.
•Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
•Proactive in identifying and addressing issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with ride-hailing apps and related technologies.
•Basic knowledge of Dubai’s taxi and ride-hailing regulations.
•Previous experience in driver or customer support roles.
