Job Title: BIM Electrical Modeler

Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a BIM Electrical Modeler
Experience in commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects preferred

Responsibilities:
Create and develop BIM models for electrical systems as per project requirements
Prepare electrical layouts, schematics, and detailed drawings using BIM software
Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams for clash-free models
Perform clash detection and resolve design issues
Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
Generate shop drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs

Requirements:
Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
Strong understanding of electrical systems (lighting, power, low current systems)
Knowledge of electrical codes and standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and coordination skills
Previous UAE/GCC experience preferred

Note: Must have above 5years of experience in same field , GCC work experience is must.
Candidates who are in UAE are preferred,also who are able to join immediately .
