Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC and Plumbing systems design, execution, and supervision
Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or industrial projects preferred

Responsibilities:
Design, review, and oversee HVAC and Plumbing systems in accordance with project specifications and standards
Prepare and review mechanical drawings, calculations, and technical submittals
Coordinate with electrical, civil, and architectural teams for integrated project delivery
Supervise site installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities
Ensure compliance with project quality standards, local authority regulations, and HSE requirements
Review material specifications and coordinate with procurement teams
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams
Attend project meetings and provide technical reports and progress updates

Requirements:
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation, ducting)
Strong knowledge of Plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, firefighting)
Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IPC)
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other mechanical design tools
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Previous GCC/UAE experience preferred
