Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedules and meetings.
- Prepare and organize correspondence, reports and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and follow-ups.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to management.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable administrative position.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational, time-management and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
- Bilingual (Arabic & English preferred).
