Proven experience in business operations, administration, or senior management, preferably in a school or education environment
Strong knowledge of UAE education regulations, KHDA compliance, and school operations
Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
