Claims Assistant Manager
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead IP & OP claims submission and timely bill closure
• Ensure accuracy in ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS & DRG coding
• Manage the complete claims lifecycle and SLA adherence
• Handle payer audits, DRG audits & claim escalations
• Drive denial reduction, revenue recovery & CMI improvement
• Lead and mentor billing, coding & audit teams
Requirements:
• 5+ years in medical claims / RCM
• Strong knowledge of DRG, audits & payer guidelines
• Proven team leadership skills
