Job Title: Social Worker
Requirements:
Assess the needs of individuals, families, or communities and provide appropriate support
Offer counseling, guidance, and emotional support to clients
Develop and implement care plans and intervention programs
Coordinate with NGOs, government agencies, and community organizations
Conduct awareness programs and community outreach activities
Maintain accurate case records and prepare reports
Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or related field
Prior experience in social work or community services preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
Willingness to work with diverse communities
