The ideal candidate should have strong site execution skills, proven leadership in managing large mechanical construction teams, and a solid understanding of safety, quality and project timelines.

๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
1. Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum 20+ years of total experience in mechanical construction within Oil & Gas EPC projects.
3. At least 10 years of recent GCC experience in a Construction Manager role.
4. Strong command over project planning, resource allocation, and field execution.
5. Deep knowledge of HSE standards and construction best practices.
6. Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
7. Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors efficiently.
