Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Architectural Engineering.
5–7 years of relevant experience preferred; freshers with strong educational background are welcome.
Experience in fit-out, infrastructure, or building construction projects is an advantage.
