Position: Project Manager – Steel Fabrication & Erection
Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: AED Up to 12,000/month (based on experience)

Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee structural steel fabrication and erection projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing engineering, fabrication, logistics, and site erection, while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. Immediate joiners are preferred, and candidates must be based in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute multiple steel fabrication & erection projects end-to-end
Lead and coordinate Project Engineers along with workshop and site teams
Review project drawings, schedules, and budgets while ensuring quality and HSE compliance
Conduct project meetings, monitor progress, and report updates to management
Maintain strong client relationships and address project requirements proactively

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering
Minimum 5 years’ experience in steel fabrication & erection projects within the Middle East
Previous UAE experience is mandatory
Strong leadership, project management, and client-handling skills
Must be currently available in the UAE
