Qualifications:
Certification in Medical Coding (CPC, CCS, or equivalent).
Proven experience in medical coding within a hospital setting.
Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and other coding systems.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work with clinical staff.
