π― Role Purpose
To oversee the hotelβs night operations, combining front desk duties with financial auditing to ensure smooth guest experiences and accurate reporting of daily revenue.
π Key Responsibilities
- Guest Services
- Handle late check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries during night shifts.
- Provide concierge assistance, resolve complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor lobby and public areas for safety and cleanliness.
- Financial Auditing
- Balance and reconcile daily transactions from front desk, F&B outlets, and other revenue centers.
- Prepare end-of-day financial reports for management.
- Verify cash deposits, credit card charges, and room charges.
- Operations & Security
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures during night operations.
- Conduct property walks to maintain safety and security.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for urgent overnight requests.
- Reporting
- Generate daily revenue and occupancy reports.
- Highlight discrepancies and escalate issues to the Finance or Front Office Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Diploma or degree in hospitality, accounting, or related field.
- Experience: 1β2 years in front office or accounting roles, preferably in 4-star or 5-star hotels.
- Skills:
- Strong numerical and analytical ability.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio, or similar).
- Language: Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
