Front Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests, clients, and visitors with a friendly and professional approach.
• Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, responding to inquiries, and directing individuals to the appropriate departments.
• Support administrative functions such as scheduling, documentation handling, and maintaining office records.
• Ensure the reception area is always neat, organized, and presentable.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide smooth office support and assist with basic operational tasks when needed.
• Represent the company positively by maintaining excellent communication and customer-service skills.
