Assistant Purchase Manager
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Assist in managing the hotel's purchasing and procurement activities.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Create and process purchase orders through IDS software.
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels for all departments.
• Coordinate with stores and department heads for material requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and verify quality and quantity upon receipt.
• Maintain proper records of all purchase transactions and supplier details.
• Support the Purchase Manager in vendor evaluation and cost analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and standards.
• Prepare and update daily/weekly purchase reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in hotel or hospitality purchasing.
• Proficiency in IDS software is mandatory.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail with good analytical and reporting abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory control and cost management.
Pay: AED3, AED5,000.00 per month
