We are seeking a top-caliber Office Manager to oversee critical administrative and operational functions within a fast-paced executive environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-level office operations with exceptional attention to detail.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, correspondence, and priority communications.
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with absolute discretion.
- Prepare executive-level reports, briefs, memos, and presentations.
- Track, monitor, and follow up on important action items across departments.
- Manage logistics such as travel arrangements, events, and key engagements.
- Maintain a well-organized, efficient, and presentable office environment.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally and effectively.
- Serve as the main coordination point for tasks requiring urgency and clarity.
Qualifications
- Western nationality (requirement).
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in office management, executive support, or senior administrative roles.
- Proven experience in supporting senior executives or managing high-responsibility workflows.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and refined presentation.
- High level of discretion, reliability, and decision-making maturity.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage shifting priorities, and meet deadlines.
