Responsibilities:
Supervise bar staff, including bartenders, barbacks, and servers
Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and hygiene in the bar area
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory
Train and mentor staff on beverage preparation, service standards, and customer interaction
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor laws
Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance
Assist in planning promotions, events, and special menus
Maintain smooth operations during high-volume service periods
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in hospitality
Excellent knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Good organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge of local health and safety regulations
