Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing products and negotiating with suppliers for pricing, quality, and delivery timelines
Prepare purchase orders, maintain procurement records, and update inventory systems
Track and follow up on order status, shipments, and delivery schedules
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and e-commerce teams to ensure stock availability
Monitor inventory levels and assist in demand forecasting for online sales
Support vendor management, quotation evaluation, and product comparison
Handle documentation, invoices, GRNs, and supplier payments coordination
Resolve order discrepancies, delays, and quality issues
Assist in data entry, product listing updates, and SKU management for e-commerce platforms
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Purchase Assistant, Procurement Coordinator, or similar role (E-commerce experience preferred)
Strong understanding of online retail operations, stock control, and procurement processes
Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management/ERP tools
Good communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
