Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end revenue cycle operations including patient registration, billing, coding, claims submission, and collections
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, insurance requirements, and company policies
Monitor KPIs and generate reports on revenue, collections, denials, and outstanding accounts
Identify gaps in processes and implement improvements to maximize revenue and reduce errors
Coordinate with clinical, finance, and administrative teams for seamless revenue cycle operations
Handle escalations related to billing, claims, and reimbursements
Train, mentor, and supervise the RCM team to achieve departmental goals
Implement best practices and maintain documentation for all RCM procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field
Proven experience as RCM Manager or similar role in healthcare
Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding (ICD-10, CPT), insurance claims, and healthcare regulations
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
Proficiency in healthcare management systems
