Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support HR operations such as attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Assist in performance management and employee appraisal processes
Handle employee queries and provide HR support
Coordinate training and development initiatives
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
Support management in HR-related projects and initiatives
Requirements
Strong command of English and Hindi (verbal and written)
Proven experience in HR operations and recruitment
Immediate availability to join
Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
