Head Chef - Cafe
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation
• Develop and update menus with creativity and quality
• Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff
• Monitor food cost, inventory, and waste control
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Familiarity with international or regional cuisines (as applicable)
• Must be available to join immediately
