Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to manage international onboarding and ensure full adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough KYC/AML reviews and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk, high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.
Assess client documentation, source of wealth/funds, beneficial ownership, and complex structures including trusts, foundations, and offshore entities.
Work closely with front-office teams to gather required documents, address KYC gaps, and ensure timely completion of new-to-bank onboardings and CDD remediation within SLA.
Perform screening using tools such as Dow Jones, World-Check, and Microsoft; analyze adverse media and sanctions risks and recommend appropriate mitigation actions.

Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in UAE banking within compliance, KYC, AML, or related functions.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks.
Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple onboarding cases effectively.

Compensation: Competitive salary up to AED 10,000, based on experience and qualifications.
