Job Position – Soft Service Manager
Company Name – Berkeley
Location: Abu Dhabi – UAE

Job Role & Responsibility:
Plan, implement, and supervise soft services including cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and support services for the project.
Lead project-based teams, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Manage vendors and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
Monitor project budgets and control costs without compromising service quality.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Prepare reports on service performance and project operations.

Job Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related subject / field.
4 –6 years of experience in soft services management, preferably in project-based assignments.
Strong leadership, team management, and vendor coordination skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize operational efficiency.
Available to join immediately.
