Key Job Responsibilities
Independently perform the Electrical design scope drawings for Concept, FEED and Detail Engineering phases.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards and project specifications.
Ensure engineering integrity, quality assurance and document control for all Electrical related deliverables.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, toolbox talks, and knowledge sharing.
Support field execution and construction activities as needed, including site visits when required and as-built documentation.
Independently developing complex Electrical designs, equipment layouts, plot plans, and general arrangement drawings. They utilize advanced 3D modeling software like PDMS, E3D, SP3D, or AutoCAD to create detailed models and drawings
Review and provide comments on vendor drawings to ensure compatibility with the overall design.
Experience
15+ years of experience and proven track record in delivering onshore and Offshore Electrical deliverables in Concept, FEED and Detail Engineering and EPCM experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
Previous ADNOC EPC experience, familiarity with ADNOC procedures & requirement is highly preferred.
Highly capable and efficient in preparing (hands-on) all onshore Electrical engineering drawings independently and simultaneously working on multiple projects. Owns assigned tasks with high degree of responsibility. Flexibility & adaptability to maneuver dynamic and evolving project environment.
Experience in Layout, schedules and other electrical deliverables.
Education & Qualifications
Diploma in Electrical
Relevant 2D and 3D software proficiency (PDMS, E3D, SP3D, or AutoCAD Plant 3D)
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of drafting standards and industry applicable norms.
Proficient in relevant codes and standards
Experience with 3D design and visualization tools and 2D drafting.
