Responsibilities
Maintain and control all project documentation in an organized and accessible manner.
Ensure documents are properly filed, updated, and archived according to company procedures.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, drawings, and technical documents.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to collect and distribute required documents.
Monitor document workflows to ensure timely review and approval.
Prepare reports, logs, and registers related to document management.
Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and security of sensitive information.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Document Controller in a corporate, construction, engineering, or healthcare environment.
Strong knowledge of document control systems, procedures, and software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and document management tools.
