Key Responsibilities:
Manage patient registration, admission, and discharge processes.
Supervise front-desk operations and support junior admin staff.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, and insurance teams for seamless patient flow.
Handle patient queries, complaints, and service issues professionally.
Ensure accurate documentation, data entry, and record management.
Monitor appointment scheduling, OPD/IPD processes, and patient movement.
Support billing verification and insurance documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare admin preferred).
2–5 years of hospital/clinic administrative experience.
Strong communication, customer service, and coordination skills.
Knowledge of hospital information systems (HIS) is an advantage.
