Qualification & Experience:

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Finance/Accounting

Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience as a Cost Control Manager in infrastructure contracting projects in the UAE, preferably in Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement cost control procedures, policies, and systems for infrastructure projects.
Prepare project budgets, forecasts, and cost estimates in collaboration with project managers.
Monitor project expenditures, track variances, and ensure cost optimization.
Review contracts, procurement, and subcontractor invoices to ensure compliance with budgets.
Generate regular cost reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and recommend cost-saving measures.
Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and stakeholders to maintain financial discipline.
Support tendering and bidding processes by providing cost estimates and risk analysis.
Ensure accurate record-keeping, financial documentation, and reporting for audits.
Mentor junior cost control staff and build efficient cost management practices.
