Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting HR operations, including recruitment. Management of payroll, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth HR processes and compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee training processes.
🔹Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits, and address related employee inquiries.
🔹Serve as the primary point of contact for all employees, handling employee relations matters including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.
🔹Maintain accurate employee records in line with company policies and legal standards.
🔹Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and workplace regulations, including the use of government portals.
🔹Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
🔹Assist in implementing HR initiatives and systems.
🔹Perform administrative tasks such as managing employee leave and arranging flight ticket bookings, along with other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
🔹Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
🔹Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and HR procedures.
🔹Excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
🔹Ability to manage multiple tasks with a proactive and positive approach.
🔹Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Saudi government platforms.
