We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our building(s) and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, comfortable, and productive environment for all occupants while managing all facility-related activities, services, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of building facilities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, and cleaning services
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
Coordinate and supervise facility maintenance staff and external contractors
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and building regulations
Manage budgets, contracts, and procurement related to facility services
Oversee space planning, allocation, and office moves if applicable
Handle emergency preparedness and response planning
Maintain accurate records of facility operations, maintenance schedules, and incident reports
Liaise with tenants, vendors, and regulatory authorities as needed
Lead initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce operating costs
Ensure the facility is safe, secure, and well-maintained at all times
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in facility management or related roles
Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Budgeting and contract management experience
Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office
Good communication and interpersonal skills
