Key Responsibilities:
Assist the HR team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
Maintain and update employee records and HR management systems
Support recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and tracking candidates
Contribute to employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
1–3 years of experience in HR support, coordination, or administration
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
