The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering a wide range of spa treatments and therapies to guests in a professional, courteous, and relaxing manner. This role focuses on enhancing the guest experience through personalized service, wellness expertise, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other holistic or beauty therapies.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment environment.
Ensure proper use and sanitation of tools, linens, and treatment rooms in compliance with hygiene standards.
Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and relaxing experience for each guest.
Stay informed about the spa’s services, products, promotions, and wellness trends.
Upsell spa services and retail products to meet guest needs and contribute to spa revenue.
Report any maintenance, health, or safety issues to management promptly.
Maintain confidentiality of guest information and uphold professional boundaries.
Requirements:
Certification or diploma in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or related field from a recognized institution.
Minimum [X] years of experience as a spa therapist or massage therapist (luxury spa or hotel experience preferred).
