Key Responsibilities:
As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
Lead, maintain, sustain and continuously enhance the RCA program
Work with the corresponding representatives from different facilities to support RCA program sustainability and enhancement in the respective facility.
Holistically analyze RCAs and related data to identify common themes and major areas of improvement that will result in the highest added value
Identify systematic improvement to avoid reoccurrence of failures and related root causes
Participate in and conduct training workshops to provide RCA coaching and practitioner-level training.
Support the development and maintenance of databases for RCAs and identified defects & threats from around the Global Manufacturing portfolio.
Verify the quality of full fledge RCA from the different facilities and provide systematic feedback for enhancement of the process.
Determine and implement the proper RCA methodology according to predetermined criteria
Facilitate or Lead major investigations.
Minimum Requirements:
As the successful candidate you will hold a:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. An advanced degree is preferable.
15 years of experience in the RCA and defect elimination processes in the oil and gas industry.
TapRoot certification is preferred.
Demonstrate knowledge in the use of RCA/ Investigation software
Black-belt Six Sigma certification is a plus.
Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and team building skills to drive and liaise with people at all levels.
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge in change management and problem-solving techniques.
