Executive Assistant to CEO
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
• Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Manage travel and logistics for business trips, including booking travel, preparing itineraries.
• Serve as a gatekeeper and primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
• Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials.
• Overseeing general office and administrative processes for the CEO's office.
• Coordinate and follow up on key projects, board meetings, and leadership team initiatives.
• Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings, including compiling background materials, agendas, and briefing documents.
• Manage confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
• Liaise with senior executives, clients, board members, and other stakeholders.
• Anticipate the needs of the CEO and act proactively to support business priorities.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment with rapidly changing priorities.
• Proactive mindset with a high level of emotional intelligence and professionalism.
• Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
