We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage the company’s financial records, ensure accuracy, and support financial reporting and compliance. The Senior Accountant will oversee accounting operations, prepare financial statements, and collaborate with internal teams and external auditors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate financial records including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and journal entries.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and company policies.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making.
Review and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
Mentor and guide junior accounting staff as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
