Key Responsibilities:
Manage clinic staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
Oversee appointment scheduling, patient flow, and administrative processes.
Monitor clinic budgets, inventories, and supplies.
Implement and maintain hospital policies and protocols within the clinic.
Liaise with healthcare providers, vendors, and other departments.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and infection control standards.
Handle patient complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
Prepare reports on clinic performance and operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related field; Master’s preferred.
Proven experience in clinic or healthcare facility management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
