We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The role involves developing marketing plans, managing campaigns, leading a marketing team, and aligning marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s products or services.

Manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and traditional channels.

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Oversee brand management and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.

Plan and manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.

Lead and supervise the marketing team, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management.

Organize events, trade shows, and promotional activities as required.

Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics.

Collaborate with creative, media, and digital agencies when necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and customer acquisition.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Ads, social media, email marketing).

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
