We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Coordinator to support both human resources and administrative operations. This dual-function role involves coordinating recruitment activities, employee relations, and office administration to ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Human Resources Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment activities such as job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, contracts, leave tracking, and HR databases.
Support payroll processing by providing necessary data (attendance, leaves, etc.).
Coordinate employee engagement activities, training, and performance reviews.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and followed.
Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
🔹 Administrative Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, facility needs, and general administrative tasks.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and internal communications.
Maintain company documents, reports, and records.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.
Support compliance with safety, legal, and administrative regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); HRIS experience is a plus.
Good understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and office procedures.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized, discreet, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
