Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests.
Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
Promote hotel services and amenities to guests.
Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Follow all safety and security protocols.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or higher; hospitality diploma preferred.
Prior experience in front desk or customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
