We are looking for a results-driven Regional Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to regional markets. The role involves conducting market research, coordinating campaigns, analyzing performance data, and supporting brand growth in alignment with both global and local objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing plans specific to the region, aligned with corporate goals.
Conduct regional market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
Coordinate regional campaigns, promotions, and product launches across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
Monitor and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimize future activities.
Manage relationships with local agencies, vendors, and partners.
Support sales teams with localized marketing materials and tools.
Ensure brand consistency while adapting messaging to fit regional cultural and market nuances.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and global marketing.
Track competitor activities and industry developments in the assigned region.
Assist in organizing regional trade shows, events, and customer engagement programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a regional or international role.
Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and consumer behavior.
Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, SEO, email marketing platforms).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel within the region if required.
