We are seeking an experienced and strategic Planning Manager to oversee and coordinate the planning activities of our organization. The Planning Manager will develop, implement, and monitor operational and strategic plans to ensure the company meets its objectives efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategic plans aligned with company goals.
Coordinate with various departments (sales, marketing, finance, operations) to gather data and insights for planning.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and internal performance metrics to inform decision-making.
Prepare forecasts, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Monitor progress against plans and adjust strategies as necessary to meet targets.
Lead and manage project planning, timelines, and milestones.
Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies related to planning and execution.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to optimize operational efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in corporate planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience in corporate planning, strategic management, or consulting (typically 5+ years).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in planning tools, software, and MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
