Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and other platforms (Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn as needed).
• Manage the full campaign cycle: from strategy, audience research, and creative briefing to execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Optimize campaigns daily for lead generation, patient acquisition, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure creatives align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS) and prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated on Meta platform changes, algorithm updates, and new ad formats to keep campaigns competitive.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Meta Ads policies and healthcare advertising regulations.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram), preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, or related industries.
• Strong track record in performance marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
• Proficiency in Ads Manager, Business Manager, and third-party analytics tools.
• Solid understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and strategies.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills :
• Experience running campaigns on Snapchat, TikTok, and Google Ads is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and conversion tracking.
• Background in healthcare/aesthetic clinic marketing.
