Candor General Contracting LLC is actively seeking an experienced HSE Officer to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in substation and construction projects and demonstrate a proactive approach to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment across all project activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and regulations at substation and construction sites.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Lead investigations of accidents, incidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports and recommending preventive actions.
• Deliver HSE training sessions and toolbox talks to all site personnel.
• Ensure adherence to UAE HSE laws, client requirements, and company standards.
• Promote a strong safety culture among employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and regulatory bodies regarding all safety-related concerns.

• Comprehensive understanding of HSE standards and best practices, particularly for substation environments.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.
• Capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and safety-driven professional mindset.
